A satellite terminal has to go where the sky is open. That is rarely where the crew, the monitors and the laptops are. This 45-metre Starlink Gen 3 cable exists to close that gap on large or awkward sites — a rooftop terminal feeding a ground-floor edit station, or a unit parked at the edge of a field while the shoot happens in the middle of it.
It is built for outdoor runs, so it can be taped down across open ground or left out for the length of a multi-day production without being babied. Renting the long cable alongside the terminal is usually cheaper and far less stressful than discovering on the day that the only spot with a clear view is out of reach.
