A 200W COB sits in the useful middle of the range: strong enough to be a real key light in a normal room, small enough that one person can rig it without a conversation about stands.
The colour temperature runs from 2700K to 6500K, which covers warm interior practicals at one end and daylight through a window at the other. The COB design gives a focused beam rather than a broad wash, so it takes modifiers well and gives you something to shape instead of flat, even light everywhere.
